This is a thicker pencil allowing you to get more coverage and can also be used for finer detailed hair like strokes or fill larger gaps and bald spots. It's all in the way you hold this pencil. It has a wind up so no need for sharpening, and the colour is easily matched to most hair and skin types.

Picking your colour

Blondes who have full brows and fair hair who like a subtle makeup look - PICK BLONDE!
Brunettes who like a full defined brow, your hair is as dark or darker than your brow - PICK DARK BROWN!
Brunettes who have fair skin and hair is shade or lighter than brows - PICK LIGHT BROWN!
Blondes who wear makeup to work, enjoy showing off your brow shape or have gaps - PICK LIGHT BROWN!
Black hair - PICK DARK BROWN as you will be able to really define your brow shape and enjoy a flattering softer look!
Auburn hair; now you guys are special as your brow colour can be so different to your natural hair. Often I find a colour correction on the brows using a brow gel, try the Curtis Collection 'fawn' to colour correct and broad pencil taupe the refine the brow shape   
Salt and pepper brow can easily be corrected with a brow gel - try Curtis Collection in 'blonde' and 'taupe' in this range if the pepper hair is darker or blonde if the pepper is lighter!
