I recently had the pleasure of shaping Deb’s brows and let me tell you, we had the most amazing chat about women in business. It was during this time that she realised her true passion wasn’t just in hairdressing—it was in creating intimate, boutique experiences for her clients.
After spending years working in larger salons, Deb took a leap of faith and decided to open her own boutique salon. It was a scary step, but one that she knew she had to take. She wanted a space where she could fully express her vision, down to the smallest details like her own teacups and website. Today, Deb’s salon in Avalon is not just a place to get your hair done—it’s a reflection of her commitment to quality, community, and personal connection.
When Deb isn’t busy running her salon, she’s a dedicated mother who manages to find time for herself every day. Her morning routine is an inspiration: waking up at 4:30 AM for meditation and exercise before starting her busy day. It’s this balance of personal wellness and professional dedication that makes her the incredible woman she is.
